Manufacturing plants for any industrial request

With our state-of-the-art machine park, we manufacture up to 15,000 different labels daily. The manufacturing process was optimized until we could partially automate our product production. Much know-how and self-development on the machines allow us quick and easy maintenance and therefore little downtime.

THREE ANODIZING PRINTERS

We produce approximately 25 m² of printed aluminium plates per day. With this capacity, we provide our customers with a short delivery window.

TWELVE CNC MILLING MACHINES

Our new, state-of-the-art production line is equipped with twelve CNC milling machines. Our milling process allows us to manufacture individually for each customer. You, as a customer, decide the shape, size and type of fixing. We mill both the holes, the 3M on the back, as well as the magnetic labels. Convince yourself - you are cordially invited!

A LASER ENGRAVING SYSTEM

Laser engraving is used to give products an individual design or a personal touch. A sports trophy engraved with the winner's name, pens with an engraved company logo, or a component marked with a serial number and batch designation - these are typical areas of application for laser engraving.

ANODIZATION

Through an electrochemical process, the material surface is converted into an extremely fine-pored, hard and initially colorless oxide layer. An open-pored surface of 15-20 µm is created.

PRINTING METHOD

Extremely fine pigments are embedded in the open-pored surface. The color is therefore not on, but enclosed in the material. We offer you a printing resolution of up to 1400 DPI.

COMPACTION PROCESS

The printing plates are immersed in water up to 98°C hot. In this process, the pores swell from the edge towards the center due to water accumulation. After a certain period of time, these water accumulations lead to the desired pore closure. Our products are now scratch-resistant.smudge-resistant.wear-resistant.
