Every project starts with an idea. Already in the development phase, we work at two modern 3D-CAD workstations (Solid Works) to visualize and simulate new products and tool concepts accordingly. In this way, we guarantee a manufacturing-appropriate and cost-conscious product development with innovation power and know-how close to the customer.
In addition, we can ensure functionalities and comply with specifications that are anchored in the functional specification. KICK-OFF DATE
In the kick-off meeting, we want to get to know you as a customer, understand your wishes and requirements. This special meeting is intended to bring closer the purpose, the significance and the plan of the project.
Important milestones and essential details should be coordinated, goals defined and tasks set.
The most important point is the compilation of the suitable team for your project.
CONCEPT & PLANNING
In a joint meeting with the team, we will present to you the initial concept of CPM after the kick-off meeting.

The entire project planning also includes the proper coordination of suppliers & partners through a self-organizing team.
The entire project management takes place in our own ERP system.
Upon placing an order, you will receive an external access to our system. Here you as a customer and we can work on the project in real time and keep construction schedules up to date.
CONSTRUCTION PHASE & COMMISSIONING
Our assembly construction department will join the project at the right time, provided you have also given us the construction contract for planning. Together with the construction, our assembly site manager coordinates, looks at the assembly site in advance and does the necessary dimensioning. The site manager also takes over the following to-do's:
- Clarification of possible production stoppages
- necessary safety training
- Driveway controls
- Accommodation
